After multiple rounds of communication and negotiation between Askey and the Union, both parties have reached a consensus and formally signed an agreement to collectively pursue corporate social responsibility and enhance the well-being of migrant workers. Both parties unanimously acknowledge that ensuring a safe, dignified, and respectful working environment for migrant workers, while adhering to ethical business standards, are our same goals.

Askey Computer Corporation is deeply confused and disappointed by the actions taken by the Askey Labor Union & Asus Group Labor Union today at the Ministry of Labor (MOL). Since September 15th, Askey has held two formal mediation and communication meetings: with the Taoyuan City Government and the Union on October 3rd and with the MOL and the Union on October 20th. Based on the meeting minutes from October 20th, the MOL, the Union, and Askey have scheduled a third mediation meeting on November 10th to discuss the outstanding issues.

Askey announced a collaboration to provide cloud-based end-to-end 5G private network solution that adopts Askey’s All-in-One 5G small cell and latest 5G Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) with Microsoft Azure Private 5G Core. With this solution in place, enterprises gain full control and visibility of their private mobile networks across multiple sites from the cloud.

Askey, a member of ASUSTek Computer, announced that Chunghwa Telecom jointed hand with us, Nokia, Ericsson, HPE, iNNOTRUST (iTC) and other major manufacturers of network communications and equipment to jointly launch the "Portable 5G Private Network Solution".
