5G Sub-6 Small Cell
The SCU5000 is an advanced, all-in-one 5G NR gNB solution designed for outdoor deployment, compliant with 3GPP Release 16 Time Division Duplex (TDD) technology.
With a transmission output of 250mW per port, the SCU5000 supports Sub-6 GHz frequency bands and can be deployed with either integrated or external antennas. Its low power consumption, combined with a compact and lightweight enclosure, ensures quick and easy installation.
The SCU5000 is equipped with local web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) software applications for easy configuration and management. In addition, Askey offers a comprehensive standard-compliant all-in-one Device Management Platform (AMP) for RAN network management. This platform provides flexible deployment options, either on a public cloud or on-premises, supporting the management of all Askey small cells such as the SCU5000.
The SCU5000 enables operators and verticals worldwide to enhance 5G coverage performance effectively and improve 5G network capacity. It also helps lower the barriers to deploying private 5G solutions for enterprise applications, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, event venues, mining, and transportation management and operation.
